Could you please let me know how to build libsrc/libramcust directories and especially how to build libatconsole.a library file ??

Hello,

Can you please follow  section :6 Deliverable Download and Build of QCA401X/QCA400X release notes doc.Once build was succeed, libatconsole.a will be present inside target/lib folder inside SDK.
