Hi~everyone...

i have some question.

I have a tool to download the firmware to CSR 1010.

Can I use this to upload firmware to the CSR1024 or CSR1025?

The CSR tool to download the fw/app onto the CSR101x chipsets is different then what is required for the CSR102x chipsets.  You need to use SDK v3.x.x and beyond for download to the CSR102x chipsets.

It is possible, if you design as SPI pins to be used for the debugger/downloader.
