CSR1012

When the key input PIO11 is connected to GND, a pulse is output to SMPS_LX.

maintain 1.35V

3V Pulse generation

I want to know why.

SMPS_LX is normally generated since it is the power source of the chip. With or without pio11

Why you connect pio11 to GND? 

If the  pio11 is hight on reset, so sort pio to gnd is sorted the chip .... very bad.

PIO11 is input key.

There is no fix input PIO

Every PIO can be in or out per your setting.
