CSR1010 restrictions on shipping

Hi,

We are a company based out of India. We are using CSR1010 in our product and were ordering parts from DigiKey. 

But recently it started showing "Due to restrictions, this part is unavailable.". After enquiring with DigiKey looks like Qualcomm has put restrictions on shipping of CSR1010 to lot of places including South Asia.  

We are in a critical phase of our product and chanhing the BLE chip would add lot of cycles. 

Is anyone facing a similar problem? Do you know when these restrictions will be lifted? Can you suggest a good alternative to the CSR1010?

CSR1012 also has same status: Not avaliable due to restrictions!

Did you also checked this following site ?

We sourced some CSR1012 last month which were delivered in Mumbai, India within a week.
