CSR1024 download failed!

    i use sdk 3.0.2.23 complite my projiect, and click F5,  sametimes download failed

    the debug windows output -> "ERROR: Could not connect with UCIAPP - Firmware host download mode not ready"

    check  "USB<->SPI", it can connect csr1010,and download success.
