Firmware Not responding For AT commands

Hi friends,

    I am using QCA4004,I programmed the QCA flash with sp144_flashRead1IO_uartHost.bin using ART tool,After that i configured mode swiches as per SP144_Hosted_Install_Config_Guide.pdf  fig 1-2 then powering the Board i didnt get any responses from terminal on both COM ports(upper&lower value).Also i cannot able to enter commands.

    Anyone tried this way and get succeeded ..?  Please give some suggestions ....

Oran,

Could you elaborate on how someone would open a "sales-force ticket"?

Is this just navigating to the Discuss -> Contact Us page on Qualcomm's website (https://developer.qualcomm.com/contact) and entering the requested information there?  Or is it something different?
