why ? Is it not enough memory to allocate in my device? The CPU of my device is Snapdragon 801, the edition of system is Android 4.4.4.

Yes, it's because of not enough memory for internal implementation.
Can we know the srcWidth and srcHeight you used?
srcWidth = 3456 srcHeight = 4608 。
But it‘s all right when I scaled down the input image by 4. Still ,thank you for your reply.
