I would like to update the H264 encoder sample code for doing scaling and rotation.
Is there a standard Omx Encoder parameter for doing rotation during encoding ? If yes, is it supported by HW Qualcomm Encoder and it is possible to know this parameter ?
Is there a standard Omx Encoder parameter for doing x*y up-scale during encoding ? If yes, is it supported by HW Qualcomm Encoder and it is possible to know this parameter ?

We do not support scaling and rotation during OMX Encoding. You would have to manually modify the input frame prior to sending it to the encoder.
