Texture Tool does not code FOURCC code correctly in DDS files

Using the Adreno Texture Tool and writing out a DDS file, the FOURCC code does not match the user settings If I select RGBA Interpolated alpha, the FOURCC code is ACTA. If I select explicit alpha, the FOURCC code in the file is ATCI. These are reversed.

This should be fixed in the upcoming March release.
