Android is currently recommending using the ADT bundle to install the SDK.

I installed the ADT bundle then installed the NDK.

Per the NDK instructions, Cygwin is not required for ndk-build, just ndk-gdb.

Can the FastCV samples be compiled without Cygwin?

Are there any documents stepping through this process?

Cygwin was required for compiling the ndk source part of FastCV sample.

According to http://developer.android.com/tools/sdk/ndk/index.html, starting to Android NDK Revision Tools 7, you can build your ndk source on Windows without cygwin.

If you use Android NDK Revision Tools 7 or later, FastCV samples should be able to be compiled without cygwin.
