If I use Snapdragon LLVM C/C++ compiler to construct my app.
I do NOT need to pay money if I sell my app?
and, I do NOT need to mention "I use Snapdragon LLVM C/C++ compiler"?
Am I correct?

If you use Snapdragon LLVM today to compile your app, you do not need to pay QuIC any fees and you do not need to mention that you used Snapdragon LLVM to build your app. To be precise, you cannot redistribute Snapdragon LLVM.
