I have followed all the operations described in https://developer.qualcomm.com/sites/default/files/docs/snpe/cplus_plus_... (building and runing on arm android), but i get a error: Error while building SNPE object. i checked code, it seems like fail to build snpe executor.

I am not sure the reason. I suspect related with DSP runtime that you report the in another ticket. First, confirm snpe-net-run could run dsp first.
