Why I can't find any information about psnpe-demo app that comes with SNPE-SDK ?

I am trying to run the program "psnpe-demo" but I am getting some errors and I can't find even 1 post about this demo app in Qualcomm Forum or even google , not even 1 post for any kind of problem related to 'psnpe-demo'.
So my error is:

2020-02-25 15:14:36.721 5824-5886/? E/NetworkEvaluator: Build failed, images number: 8
     model name: inceptionv3_sync
 
but I have the same model (inceptionv3.dlc) in the same path as required in model_configs.json file, but its not working. Any idea how should I process??
