Problems with downloading Snapdragon LLVM Compiler (license agreement issues)

Hello, 

I'm trying to download the Snapdragon LLVM Compiler for Android.

After I click download, I see the page that asks me to agree to the product kit license agreemet. However, when I check the box and click the 'Accept' button, I can't proceed to the download page. Instead, the page just keeps refreshing over and over again, no matter how many times I click the accept button.

Looking on the other posts, I think there are other people who are experiencing similar issues. Is there any fix to this?
