QCA4010 SDK aws Sample

I have downloaded QCA4010 SDK.  From the user guide, followed the steps and could build shell_sdk sample and aws sample.

1. After downloading sdk_shell image, when I connect usb cable through uart, I get 2 COM ports.  I have attempted both ports with regular 115200-8-N-1-No hardware flow settings but do not get any messages from the hardware over serial cable.  Please suggest if there is any setting that needs to be updated to appear serial debug messages.

2. In the demos folder, sdk_shell application is clearly using ThreadX operating system.  In aws demo, the source code of amzon free rtos is located which was modified using qurt layer.  Please suggest if this qurt is a wrapper layer on top of amazon free rtos in the demo or not.

1.Could you please provide some more details about your module?? You should get one port .

2. Which document you follow for this ??
