When I install Snapdragon Profiler 2019.3, it will not run at all. Seems like an issue where MacOS Catalina 10.15 doesn't allow 32-bit executables (e.g. mono32)
MacOS Catalina Crash
Posted: Wed, 2020-02-05 15:41
$ /Applications/SnapdragonProfiler.app/Contents/MacOS/run_sdp_mac
/Applications/SnapdragonProfiler.app/Contents/MacOS/run_sdp_mac: line 17: ./bin/SnapdragonProfiler_Mac: Bad CPU type in executable
If I manually edit run_sdp_mac to set MONO="/Library/Frameworks/Mono.framework/Versions/Current/bin/mono" then it does run, but immediately crashes due to System.DllNotFoundException: SDPCore
Have the same issue :(
I've got the same issue!
Same issue here with 2019.4, looks liker we need a 64 bit version :(
Same issue here with version 2019.4. Is there a 64-bit version available? If not, do you know of any other workaround apart from creating a Virtual Machine?
Cheers,
Abel.
Snapdragon Profiler 2020.2 will support macOS Catalina. I can't provide a specific ETA, but it should be available fairly soon.
I have the same issue.
Same here, please fix.
Same issue, so far, I cannot use the Profiler at all, my work has been pended totally!
The v2020.2 release of Snapdragon Profiler supports macOS Catalina. It can be downloaded from https://developer.qualcomm.com/software/snapdragon-profiler.
