i was wondering if snapdragon profiler can be used for pixel 3?

It should work on Pixel 3 for non-GPU features. For GPU profiling it should work with Android 10 (Q) for OpenGL apps, but there are some issues with Android 10 and Vulkan apps. Those issues will be addressed in the next release of Profiler.
