Hi guys,

I'm writing again because i'm struggling with such a problem that after turning on the device, when the advertisment started and I try to pair with the device,
the mobile phones reject it, but when we try again - the device is properly pairing with the mobile phone.
I noticed that when the initialization of the device and the peripherals before switching on the adverisment,
I will use an additional delay of 12,5s so we have to wait 15 seconds since the device has started, for the device to start broadcasting, to avoid this problem.Unfortunately, I did not find anything in the documentation or in erratum about this topic. I use SDK: CSR102x SDK 3.1.1.26 (CSR1024). Do you have any idea what could be wrong with it? Thanks!

Which SDK and phone applications are you using? Are there multiple phones that exhibit this problem? Have you looked at an airtrace to see where the communication breaks down?

I use several xiaomi phones like redmi note 3/4/ 4x and some iphones like 6/ 6s/ 7 and this issues come up on everything of them. I noticed also that after successful pairing CSR, the phones automatically disconnect and connect again. Do you know where the problem could be?
