Dear Customer,

1. To flash the firmware to 4010, the 4010 board need to be setup in USB mode by changing the Jumper pin settings on the board.
Please refer the doc: 80-YA673-1 Rev. B,  which you can download from createpoint and  go to section 2.2.3 Access USB interface in calibration mode.

2. For ART2 tool, you need to dowmnlaod it from createpoint.

Hi Svegesna,

The ART2 tool can't be found at createpoint. Could you suggest any link or place to download ART2 tool?

Dear Customer,

we would suggest you to use JTAG for flashing the image into 4010 board, as ART2 tool access requires few license agreements need to agreed.

Please refer Doc: 80-YA675-2 Rev. A and section 6.4.1 Flashing image via JTAG.
Also refer Doc: 80-YA673-1 Rev. B and section 2.2.2 Access interfaces in JTAG mode, inorder to set the 4010 board in JTAG mode.

Thanks,
Santhosh

Hi Santhosh,

I prefer to use USB because I don't have the tool to use JTAG mode right now.

Please advise.

Hi ,

ART2 is under NDA and can't be discussed on the Public QDN (Qualcomm Development Network)

Is it possible for you to  open a salesforce ticket for QCA and we'll be happy to support you.

Regards

jyo
