I am a software developer and I don't have hardware knowledge. What is the difference between the snapdragon 835 mobile HDK and the snapdragon sdk? Why would someone need the HDK? Why not just creat the neural network using the snapdragon SDK and then test it on any phone?.

Hello,

In simpler terms,

SDK is Software and HDK is Hardware. Using SDK one can build an application that can run on a HDK.
