Hi
I was wondering whether you plan to distribute static libraries of SNPE in addition to the shared libraries in future releases?

Hi,
Thank you for interest in using Snapdragon NPE.
We currently do not have plans to distribute static libraries in future releases. What is your use case that prompted you to ask about use of static libraries?
Thanks
Hi,
We only distribute the NPE SDK via shared libraries. There are no plans to distribute via static libs.
thanks,
Wilson
Hi,
No particular use case, it was simply for convenience in distributing binaries for deployment.
Thank you
I am using SNPE in such a case where a model is being loaded using SNPE and after some time I destroy all the model instances and tried to load the model with an updated SNPE version. But the program is using the previous version of SNPE. The previous version of SNPE is not being unloaded. I think, using static library may fix the issue.
