I have adb device visibility of my Open-Q 820 Development Kit board and regularly pushes files and execute thing on it.
However, using Ubuntu 14 and the latest Snapdragon profiler v1.7.5 (May 2015), I can not connect to my device. Set the timeout to 90 sec without any success as well. Am I missing something here?
Thanks,
-Amir
Hi Amir,
Just to clarify, are you saying your device is showing up in Profiler's device list but is unable to establish a connection? If so, it's possible you may have a port conflict between Profiler and some other application running on your system. You can change the ports Profiler uses via File -> Settings -> Device. Also, please ensure you are using ADB v1.0.32 or later.
If you're still not able to connect, can you post a logcat dump filtered for SDPCore? That may help us debug the problem further.
Eric
Thanks, Eric. The issue was my adb version which was 0.31. Updated to 0.32 and now it recognizes the device and is connected
That's great Amir. Glad I could help.
