I'm working with Google's Weave port for the QCA4010 and in their documentation they reference a version 2.0 on the QCA4010 SDK however I can only find 14apr_qca4010.tx_.1.1_4.0.1.24.tgz.
Is there a verison 2.0 of the SDK and if so how do I get access to it?

Is v1.1 SDK really the latest?

It should be already there.
You should be able to find tx 2.0 SDK within 4010/12 page.
