Hi,

Is there any simulation tools like NS2/OPNET/etc. that can simulate the nodes in CSR Mesh.

This will be easier to calculate the energy consumption vs reliability, instead of having to setup the nodes to test.

There are no simulation tools that can simulate power consumption of CSR Mesh node. But it is very easy to build on. Just test the current flow to the device by Oscilloscope and run mesh commands.

CSR Mesh was not designed to be battery powered.

It is possible to have edge nodes that can be battery powered and part of the mesh.  For example, the wall switches can easily be battery powered.  Note that these would not be retransmitting the mesh messages.   THe lights, since they are line powered, would typically be at 100% duty cycle, meaning the receiver is listening for messages at all times.

But, to answer the original question, Qualcomm have not made available a simulation tool.
