When trying to connect to my device, Snapdragon Profiler sees my device (Redmi Note 3) over ADB but fails to connect with the tooltip text:

"There was an error while installing the required files on the device. Please click the Retry button to try again."

 

I have tried retrying multiple times.

I have tried clearing additional space on my device's internal storage (6GB free).

I have increased the connection timeout (seconds) values in setting to 120 seconds.

I have tried a different usb cable.

I have set my device's usb connection mode to MTP.

The problem persists.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
