dear developers:
my network use instance norm instead of batch norm, the snpe cpu version is fine,
but dsp have error, it does not support instance norm:
LoadNetworkTask: Unable to create network! Cause: error_code=902; error_message=Layer parameter value is invalid in DSP. Layer SpatialBN.0: InstanceNorm (dynamic statistics calculation in BatchNorm) is not supported on DSP runtime.; error_component=DSP Runtime; line_no=134; thread_id=547329406032
do you have any plan to support it?
