QNN 2.22.2 HTP Backend Execution failed

Hi,

I tried to execute QNN model on HTP using qnn-net-run command. The SoC platform is

Automation SoC : 8775P

OS Platform : OE linux lemans 5.15.78-debug

I referred to "Tutorial: Converting and executing a CNN model with QNN". 

ERROR occured after execution:

qnn-net-run pid:1290
     0.0ms [ ERROR ] QnnDsp <E> Failed to create transport for device, error: 4000
     0.0ms [ ERROR ] QnnDsp <E> Failed to load skel, error: 4000
     0.0ms [ ERROR ] QnnDsp <E> Transport layer setup failed: 14001
     0.0ms [ ERROR ] QnnDsp <E> Failed to parse default platform info: 14001
     0.0ms [ ERROR ] QnnDsp <E> Failed to load default platform info: 14001
     0.0ms [ ERROR ] QnnDsp <E> Failed to parse platform config: 14001
     1.0ms [ ERROR ] Failed to create device: 14001
 
Kindly help us to resolve this issues.
