Load model on dsp success in android aar sdk but failed in NDK

Hi,

I have a dlc model which can successfully loaded and inferenced correct by SNPE 2.19 android  aar, but I want use the model 
in android ndk 25rc. It can check dsp success but load the same model failed in the same mobile mobile. Below is some error log:

I guess maybe something is missing in my code. Could someone help me on this issue? Thanks a lot in advance.
