Hi, 
After an update from Android 11 to 12, the SNPE SDK is no longer able to find any available runtimes (no CPU, GPU or DSP).  I have an identical phone (both Motorola G200 with Snapdragon 888) with Android 11 where the identical code is working (finds runtimes and is able to execute networks). This is also the case for the image-classifiers example app included in the SDK, which works fine on Android 11 but shows an empty Runtime list with Android 12. 

Interestingly, snpe-net-run and snpe-platform-validator from the SDK binaries seem to also work with the Android 12 phone.
Is this possible related to how vendor specific nativ libraries (e.g. OpenCL) are threated under Android 12+ (

).

Any ideas or help would be much appreciated.
