Dear team,
please provide clear instructions to file a SalesForce case for Qualcomm AI Engine Direct SDK. I filed one, but got closed after 1 day. It's unclear (impossible) to follow the instructions.
Instructions:This case has been submitted with incorrect case record type since you might need a technical support according to the subject.Please file a new case and select Wireless device support as case record type. Also please enter problem areas properly.Then the new case will be assigned to a right QC engineer and you will be able to receive proper technical support.
- => There is NO "Wireless device" in the dropdown menu to submit a new case.
=> It's unclear what the person meant by "enter the areas properly."
