I am trying to build new VM with Ubuntu16 and SNPE.

It took me long time a year ago.

I am trying latest SNPE - and still see obsolete and very old version of infrastructure projects.

Tried to follow instructions, but:

1. Problems building caffe

2. caffe2 - requires python 3.6 while SNPE insists on py 3.5 (which is EOL)

3. tensorflow - v.1.6. Hard to find it - and long time not supported.

Can somebody from QC try to install SNPE on Ubu16 - and correct instructions / versions?

Right now I am unable to install...
