Hi,
I found a bog in snpe-1.41.0.2173 when I convert TF QAT model into SNPE DLC files.
In "loader.py", some TF libs, such as tf and graph_util, are not imported in 1.41.0.2173.
The missing parts should be included in the following:
import tensorflow as tf
from tensorflow.python.framework import graph_util
