Dear Qcom,

I want to add a new snpe converter from our framework, I read the code of the existing converters in snpe, but I didn't find the implementation of hta. Can you provide relevant information or docs about hta model conversion? The hta conversion mentioned here is not through the binary tools you provide, but  want to achieve fine-grained conversion through python code. In addition, is there any information or docs on how to directly write the quantized parameters of the original model to dlc model through python code?
