Android does support ML operations and DL computations through NNAPI.
Qualcomm also releases SDK for accelerated computations on Qualcomm chipset supporting Android OS.
I would like to understand if those SDK's uses NNAPI/NNAPI drivers for ML computations?
or
Like Tensorflow, whether both options are supported (with NNAPI delegation / without NNAPI delegation)
Kindly help me understanding this.
