Run bitwidth 16 model failed

Hi, all:

refernce: https://developer.qualcomm.com/docs/snpe/tools.html#tools_snpe-dlc-quantize

I use the "snpe-dlc-quantize --bitwidth 16" to achieve the int16 quantinized dlc. And I try to run the model with SNPE SDK. But I failed to run it on CPU / GPU / DSP / NPU, Could anyone tell me how to run the int16 model.

I use snpe-net-run tool to run the dlc with "--use_dsp", the error code is as below:

error_code=500; error_message=Target runtime is not available. error_code=500; error_message=Target runtime is not available. No viable runtimes available.; error_component=Host Runtime; line_no=492; thread_id=140274966333184; error_component=Host Runtime; line_no=263; thread_id=140275125487616

PS. SNPE version is v1.37.
