run benchmark + inception_v3 failed in pixel4 with SNPE1.73

Hi,

I'm testing inception_v3 network in PIXEL4 (855 chipset) with SNPE SDK v1.37.0. Use benchmark to capture DSP or AIP timing info, but failed as:

Use CPU_timing can work well. But DSP and AIP both failed. My phone is rooted.
