SNPE tensorflow to dlc conversion

I will like to ask if SNPE tensorflow to dlc conversion, allows a layer like leaky to have outputs to 2 different layers (maxpool and concat).
Please see attached image of the tensorboard graph flow.
 
29-leaky has 2 outputs to 30-maxpool and concat.
 
During tensorflow-to-dlc conversion, I get the error TF_INPUT_OPERATION_NOT_FOUND.
