GPU runtime is not available on Open-Q 845 dev-kit

Hello,

I tested with platform validator provided with SNPE-SDK and it says GPU/GPU_FLOAT16 runtime is not available ?. I am using Open_Q_845 dev-kit. Any ideas how I can enable it ? I have access to Android 8.1 source files. Also tried with android app signed with platform key but same result.
