Hello
I'm trying to implement Spiking Neural Network (SNN) on the smartphone.
As far as I know, for small compuatational cost and power consumption of SNN, Neuromorphic chip is required.
is It possible that the smartphone equipped with the snapdragon can have a similar computational cost
like SNN implemented on neuromorphic chip?
if it is possible, could I know the way ?
