Good afternoon,
Our company has a large number of mobile devices made/built with the MDM9207 IoT chipset with eSIM and we are trying to activate them on our USA IoT Carrier partner AT&T but the device OEM/ODM that used the MDM9207 as an LTE modem has an eSIM inside we cannot seem to get activated on ATT and it was set up for Verizon when it shipped to us. I was able to get the 20 digit eSIM number off the eSIM on the MDM9207 board itself but cannot access the Qualcomm MDM etc to change the APN info as we did with our old regular SIM card based units. We have several hundred of these devices to deploy and I need to retain/hire someone who can guide our deployment team in reconfiguring the Qualcomm MDM9207 we have that have a Verizon eSIM to be re-provisioned/re-programmed for ATT mobile network activation. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Regards,
Steve
