Qualcomm Technologies, Inc., a subsidiary of Qualcomm Incorporated is aware of a software issue that may potentially impact GNSS performance. This issue is related to the GPS Week Number Rollover, and occurred on November 3, 2019 and later. To address this issue, Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. has developed software and configuration updates and provided support for customers with impacted products. Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. has also deployed a server-based solution to help alleviate the performance impact to devices that support the Qualcomm Predicted Orbit Solution and that do not have the latest software or configuration updates. We recommend you get in touch with your solution provider/device manufacturer who is well aware of this issue and how to handle it.
