QXDM5 have an application error with code 0xc000007b

I installed the QXDM5 tool through the QPM tool, located at C:\Program Files\Qualcomm\QXDM5. 
 
However, when I tried to run it, an application error with code 0xc000007b appeared in a warning window. 
 
I have already checked Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 / 2008 / 2010 / 2012 / 2013/ 2015-2022 Redistributable (x64)(x86) using DirectX repair, and they are all intact.
 
 Please assist me in resolving this issue. Thank you.
