Installing SDK on ubuntu with no internet access

Hi,

If I want to install Hexagon SDK on machine(ubuntu) with no internal access

The hexagon document (Dependencies_Common.html) describe that I need copy the installer.bin and hex_sdk_lnx_local.properties

my questiones are

1. "installer.bin" means the install bin file download from official website? (for example: 3.3.3 is qualcomm_hexagon_sdk_3_3_3_eval.bin)

2. what and where is the "hex_sdk_lnx_local.properties"?
