I downloaded Hexagon SDK 3.0 for Linux. I tried to install but I encountered a problem as below.

Preparing to install...
Extracting the JRE from the installer archive...
Unpacking the JRE...
Extracting the installation resources from the installer archive...
The size of the extracted files to be installed are corrupted.  Please
try to download the installer again and make sure that you download
using 'binary' mode.
Please do not attempt to install this currently downloaded copy.
And I also tried to install Hexagon SDK 3.1 and 3.2, it worked properly. I need to use Hexagon SDK 3.0, So what happend to Hexagon SDK 3.0 file?? or Do I make something mistakes?

Thank in advance
