I'm trying to run the Caculator fastRPC example. I have fad a fair few errors that I have overcome already, however when trying to run the example as an Adroid Native Application I get the following error,

- starting calculator test
- allocate 4000 bytes from ION heap
- creating sequence of numbers from 0 to 999
- compute sum on the aDSP
Error: compute on aDSP failed
- Error = -1

usage: /data/calculator <1/0 run locally> <1/0 logcat> <uint32 size>

A list of general errors is given in the AEEStdErr.h file, but unfortunately all of the error reference numbers are positive, so a negative error reference number doens't help me at all.

Has anyone else had this same issue and was able to find a solution?

The example works when running the script from the command line using the calculator_walkthrough.py script.

I am using the Hexagon SDK 3.0, running on Ubuntu 16.04.2. The hardware is the Open-Q 820 Development Kit, Snapdragon board.

Cheers.
