Hexagon SDK V3.0 not installing on Ubuntu 16.04 MATE ( AMR 64bit / Raspberry pi3 )

Dear QC Dev N/W,
I have downloaded the Hexagon SDK 3.0.
But when i try to install it is throwing an error saying
"JRE libraries are missing or not compatible...."
 
My board setting is like below.
1. ARM 64bit ( Raspberry pi3 )
2. Ubuntu 16.04 MATE
3. JAVA8.
 
which point problem ?
I think that problem point is ARM 64 bit board ?
Hexagon SDK 3.0  only support AMD 64 bit ?
