In hexagon v68, the floating point format is Qfloat which is different from IEEE754.  How to interpret Qfloat, the real value =  S.mant * 2^(expo - bias) , bias == 15 ?

and when I convert an IEEE subnormal value to Qfloat,  will the output be Zero (subnormal flush to zero) ?
