Hello, 

We are working on project which uses below chipsets from qualcomm: 

1. SX55 used in SIERRA--41113174 AirPrime EM9190  module 

2. Qualcomm Atheros QCA9982

  • used in the COMPEX--wle600vx-module.
    •  
  • 3. Qualcom Atheros Cascade QCA9984 used in the COMPEX--wle1216v5--module. 

I need IBIS-AMI simulation models for signal integrity analysis. Could you please let me know from where can I download these models? 

  • I contacted respective module manufacturers but didn't get models.
