how to generate Soft-UART Implementation on MSM8908

Hello Sir,

We are currently using your MSM8908 processor in Quectel SC20 on the Android Platform.

 

In this module 2 UART are physically available and accessible.  

 

As per Our requirement, we need 5 serial ports for different machine interfaces.

 

Already our application running on the AM1808 processor. in that, we used a loadable kernel module "insmod suart_emu.ko " to generate an extra 4 serial port.

 

Currently, we build 8.1 android in MSM8908. 

 

how to generate and access the extra serial port. 

 

we need your guidance.
