how to understand the xxx_skel.so file?

as usually, we should create a xxx_imp.c file to generate a xxx_skel.so for hexagon side.

I have a problem about the xxx_skel.so file: hexagon how to load it dinamically?

we know the xxx_skel.so file is located in android's filesystem, why hexagon can read and load it?

I think there must be some share rules for android and hexagon, it let android and hexagon can visit the share space, is it right?

another possible: the xxx_skel.so is tranferred to hexagon directly during remote_handle_open's calling, is it right?

I don't know which is right, is there anyone would like to teach me? 

where can I find these documents?
